The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities to enhance the quality of learning at the secondary education level. One of the most widely used AI technologies is ChatGPT, which can serve as an intelligent learning assistant by providing explanations, answering questions, generating summaries, and helping students complete academic tasks. This Community Service Program (PKM), conducted at SMKS PEMBANGUNAN in February 2026, aimed to improve digital literacy and the quality of learning for Vocational High School (SMK) students through training on the effective and ethical use of ChatGPT as a study aid. The program involved 35 students and utilized a combination of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations via pre-tests and post-tests. Training materials covered the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, ChatGPT features and applications in education, prompt engineering techniques, and ethical considerations regarding AI usage. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in students' understanding and skills in utilizing ChatGPT for learning activities. Participants showed enhanced abilities in crafting effective prompts, locating learning resources, summarizing educational material, and solving academic problems using ChatGPT. Furthermore, the program successfully raised student awareness regarding responsible AI use, emphasizing the importance of information verification and academic integrity. Overall, this community service initiative proved effective in fostering digital literacy and supporting independent learning through the integration of Artificial Intelligence into education. The program is expected to encourage the broader adoption of AI-based learning in schools to improve learning outcomes and prepare students for the digital era
